Fee rebate has not been reflected. 公積金計劃 1995 ：轉變投資組合 Staff Superannuation Scheme (1995) — Investment Option Change 公積金成員如欲由二零零六年一月一日起轉變其投資組合，可從財務處網頁 http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/bursary/optionform 下 載 表 格 。 填 妥 之 表 格 須 於 二 零 零 五 年 十 二月二十日（星期二）或之前送達，或傳真（二六零三七八九零）至財務處薪津及 公積金組。 查詢或索取表格，請電薪津及公積金組（二六零九七二三六/七二五一）。 Pleased be informed that the form for investment option change effective 1st January 2006 is now downloadable from the Bursary website at http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/bursary/ optionform and obtainable from the Payroll and Superannuation Unit of the Bursary. The completed form should be sent by mail or fax (2603 7890) to the unit on or before 20th December 2005 (Tuesday). For enquiry, please contact the Payroll and Superannuation Unit at 2609 7236/ 7251. 辦理延長工作簽證 Visa Extension 大學同人若沒有香港居留權，請留意本身的香港工作簽證期限，並須於逗留期 限屆滿前四星期內，向政府有關部門申請延長簽證。申請時須提供的大學在職證 明，可聯絡人事處（二六零九七二九二 /七一七九）索取。 同人可於網 上http://www.esd.gov.hk預約， 到入境事務處分區辦事處辦理申請 手續，惟不適用於必須在入境處總部遞交申請者。同人延長工作簽證後，應將簽證 影印本傳真至人事處（二六零三五二二三），以更新人事紀錄。 Saff members who do not hold the right of abode in Hong Kong are reminded to check the validity of their employment visas. They should arrange to renew their employment visas within four weeks prior to the expiry date. An application for extension of employment visa requires a sponsorship letter from the University to certify the staff member's employment status. Staff members may approach the Personnel Office (tel. 2609 7292/7179) for the sponsorship letter. Staff members can make the appointment for visa extension on the Internet http:// www.esdgov.hk . This service is not available to those required to file their applications at the Immigration Department headquarters. Upon successful application for visa extension, staff members should provide a copy of the latest visa endorsement to the Personnel Office (fax 2603 5223) as a record to show that they are lawfully employed at the University. 大學游泳池關閉 University Swimming Pool Closed for Maintenance 大學游泳池由十二月一日起至明年四月停止開放，進行周年維修工程。重新開 放日期，容後公布。 The University swimming poo l is closed from 1 st December 2005 to April 2006 for annual maintenance.
