United College in celebration of the it's 50th anniversary, joined hands with the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Zhejiang University to organize a Hong Kong-PRC-USA Budding Scholars Exchange Programme. Budding Scholar delegations from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Zhejiang University visited United College from 3 to 11 January 2007. The student delegates conducted two seminars on the topics of 'Advancing Renewable Energy: An Investigation for a Lifetime' and 'Endangered Animals and Plants and Environmental Protection'. They also visited local government offices and other organizations.
