CUHK Researchers Win Best Paper Award at Management Conference


Researchers at the Center for Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Li & Fung Institute of Supply Chain Management and the Department of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics won the best paper award at the Operations Management Division of the 2007 Annual Meeting of Academy of Management Conference held from 3 to 8 August in Philadelphia. Entitled 'The Impact of Power and Relationship Commitment on the Integration between Manufacturers and Customers in a Supply Chain', the paper was co-authored by Prof. Xiande Zhao, Dr. Huo Baofeng, Dr. Jeff Yeung from CUHK and Prof. Barbara B. Flynn from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. It was also nominated as the finalist for the Carolyn Dexter Best International Paper Award at the Academy meeting.
