宣 布 事 項 ANNOUNCEMENTS 平安夜及新年除夕之辦公安排 staffing Arrangements on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 根據大學關於平安夜及新年除夕辦公之安排，所 有部門於二零零二年十二月二十四日（星期二)及十二 月三十一日（星期二)上午只須留有職員值班。當值之 職員(乙或丙類服務條例)可獲補假半天。 上述安排不適用於保健處、大學圖書館系統、資 訊科技服務處之電算機操作組、保安組、交通組、物業管理處等部門。該等部 門須留有足夠人手以維持基本服務。 The following staffing arrangements for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve will apply on Tuesdays, 24th and 31st December 2002. 1. For essential service units such as the University Health Service, the University Library System, the Operations Team o f the Information Technology Services Centre, the Security Unit, the Transport Unit, and the Estates Management Office, a task force should remain on duty t o provide basic services. 2. For all other offices i n the University, skeleton staff should be on duty on these mornings t o handle urgent matters and enquiries. These offices w i ll be closed i n the afternoon. 3.
