(Deadline for submission: 15 October 2008) Advancement (2009–10) Applicable to Instructor and above seeking advancement. (Deadline for submission: 30 September 2008) Extension of Service beyond Statutory Retirement Date Applicable to teaching staff due to retire in 2010 (Terms A/HA) and 2009 (Terms B) seeking extension of service. (Deadline for submission: 30 September 2008) Pay Review (2008) Applicable to teaching staff due for the biennial pay review. Review will be conducted as soon as the completed activities report and appraisal report are available, and no further submission is required of the staff. Other Reviews Departments/schools/units will be separately notified about the review for contract renewal of teaching staff concerned (including substantiation or conversion to continuous appointment where applicable).
