Dr. Ronnie Chan, Chairman of Hang Lung Group Limited and donor of CUHK Morningside College delivered a speech on 'Hong Kong Real Estate Market: an Insider Looking Out' at the EMBA Forum 2006-07 organized by the Faculty of Business Administration on 8 January 2007.
