Dr. Colin Storey, University Librarian of CUHK was awarded the 2011 Hong Kong Library Association (HKLA) lifetime Honorary Fellowship on 9 December for his distinguished contribution to the development of librarianship and to services to the profession in Hong Kong. He is only the fourth librarian to be awarded this honour since the establishment of HKLA in 1958. The award was presented by Mr. Peter Sidorko, president of HKLA, and currently the University Librarian of The University of Hong Kong.
