The CUHK Social Work Alumni Association organized a study visit to Shenzhen on 23 July. The delegation of 36 people, including Prof. Ma Lai-chong Joyce, chairperson of the Department of Social Work, teaching staff of the department, alumni from different generations and regions, undergraduate and postgraduate students, visited the medical social work unit of Fuyong People’s Hospital and an integrated family service centre. The visits were followed by a forum with CUHK Social Work alumni based in South China and a dinner gathering.
