Secondary School Students Public Lecture Series


This is an outreach programme to schools which is organized by the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. Faculty members from different disciplines including the business administration, humanities, law, education, medicine, science and technology will share with the students their valuable experiences and insight on contemporary issues. All CUHK staff and students are welcome.

The first two lectures, 'Developmental Direction of Hong Kong Financial Market and Revelation by the Renminbi Business', by Prof. Raymond So, and 'Micromachines in Our Everyday Lives' by Prof. Raffi R. Kamalian were successfully held. The third lecture is scheduled for the 4th of December, to be delivered by Prof. Lau Siu-ying. The topic is 'You Can Make a Difference: The Implications of Humanism on Education'. Details are as follows:

Venue: Lecture Theatre 3, Esther Lee Building
Time: 17.30–18.30 p.m. (Light refreshments to be served at 18.30 p.m.)
