The Faculty of Business Administration organized a forum titled ‘Globalization — The Challenges and Opportunities to Corporate Governance in China’ in The Ritz Carlton, Beijing, on 19 January.
Prof. Liu Mingkang, chairman of China Banking Regulatory Commission and honorary professor of CUHK’s Business Administration Faculty, Prof. Lawrence J. Lau, Vice-Chancellor of CUHK, and Ms. Asli Dermirguc-Kunt, senior research manager, Finance and Private Sector Development, Development Research Group of the World Bank, delivered keynote speeches at the forum.
The forum was attended by over 200 participants from various industries, professional bodies, the media and public organizaitons.
