CUHK participated in the China Hi-tech Fair 2007 in Shenzhen from 12 to 17 October. The fair, the largest technology trade fair in China, featured the participation of thousands of technology firms and key universities in mainland China.
CUHK showcased its latest inventions in biomedical engineering, information security, hybrid electric vehicle, multi-media and RFID technologies at the fair. Many of these projects drew attention from their respective industries and several preliminary agreements on collaboration had been reached.
